The studio
Independent practice based in Uvita, on the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Two decades of work between coast and cordillera, on projects where the climate leads and materials are chosen by how they age. I follow each commission from the first sketch to handover — few projects a year, closely watched, built with local craftspeople.
